The balcony with built-in barbecue overlooks the shared pool on one side and open countryside on the other. Air conditioning in both rooms, full kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi and free parking. Mareta beach and the town centre are a 15-minute walk; the supermarket is right behind the building.
43 m² plus a 4.5 m² balcony with built-in barbecue and seating. Bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and garden view. Living room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, dining table for four, and a kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine, towels and bed linen provided. Ideal for a couple or a small family.
A quiet residential street just off the main road into Sagres. Intermarché supermarket is right behind the building and Farmácia Sagres is in town. Mareta beach and the centre are about 15 minutes on foot. Our favourites: A Sagres, A Tasca and Three Little Birds for dinner, Chiringuito Last Chance for sunset drinks. Don't miss Cabo de São Vicente lighthouse, Sagres Fortress, Baleeira fishing harbour and Beliche beach.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole apartment is yours. Guests share the complex's pool (open all year, daytime), garden and children's playground. Free parking anywhere in the building's car park, no assigned spaces. Lift to the 2nd floor.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.

The shared pool is open all year round during the daytime. The sofa bed is in the living room.
