3 Bathrooms Ocean Rentals, your local Algarve holiday rental team, welcomes you to this fully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on the 8th floor of a beachfront tower in Alvor, with two balconies and sweeping views over Alvor beach and the ocean. Two en-suite bedrooms, air conditioning, open kitchen with island, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a private parking space. The gardens lead straight to the sand and Alvor village is a short walk away.
90 m² plus two balconies (17 m²): one facing the ocean and the beach, the other with views over the town and countryside. Open-plan living room with sofa, TV, air conditioning and dining table by the windows. Modern kitchen with island, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with bathtub) and a third bedroom with a single bed and pull-out bed. Washer, dryer, linens, towels and hair dryer provided.
Our favourites: Buganvilia, Al Dente, Ruccula and O Arco da Velha for dinner, Bolan and Pull the Bar for drinks. Pingo Doce supermarket and Farmácia Alvor are in the village, and Hospital CUF Alvor is nearby. Three beaches at the door: Alvor, Prainha and Três Irmãos. Don't miss the Alvor boardwalks, the lagoon and a boat trip to the Benagil caves. The fishing village of Alvor, with narrow streets, fresh fish and a Sunday market, is within walking distance.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole apartment is yours. The building has a lift to the 8th floor and gardens leading to the beach. Each apartment has 1 parking space in the gated area, so additional cars must be parked outside; street parking is free. On checkout day, remember to remove your car from the gated area before leaving the keys.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.
