2 Bathrooms Ocean Rentals, your local Algarve holiday rental team, welcomes you to this modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 6th floor of Elite Residence in the heart of Praia da Rocha, a 2-minute walk from the beach. A large terrace wraps around the apartment with lounge sofas, outdoor dining and partial sea views. Air conditioning, full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, building pool and a private garage space.
75 m² plus a large wraparound terrace reached from every room, with lounge sofas and an outdoor dining table. Living room with corner sofa, smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning and dining table for four. Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Two bedrooms with queen beds and air conditioning, one en-suite with walk-in shower; second bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine, linens, towels, hair dryer and beach essentials provided.
Central Praia da Rocha, with the beach and boardwalk a 2-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife around. Our favourites: Meshua, Asia Tokyo, Fogo de Chão, Komal Indian, Restaurant F, Green Heart @ Cloque and Vinhos & Comidas. Farmácia da Rocha is close by. Don't miss the Fortaleza de Santa Catarina viewpoint, the marina and a stroll along Portimão's riverside and old town.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole apartment and terrace are yours. Guests share the building's pool deck with sun loungers. One private parking space in the underground garage (the remote is inside the apartment); extra cars can park on the street, free and paid. On checkout day, remove your car from the garage before leaving the keys. Lift to the 6th floor.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.

Central nightlife area: some street noise at certain times. Quiet hours in the building are 22:00 to 8:00.
