2 Bathrooms Ocean Rentals, your local Algarve holiday rental team, welcomes you to this bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor (with lift) of Paraíso do Vau, a quiet complex with a large pool in a secluded cul-de-sac. The balcony looks over the pool to the sea. Two king bedrooms with air conditioning, a sofa bed, fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi and a private garage space. Praia do Vau is a short walk away.
90 m² apartment. Living room with sofa bed, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a large dining table. Separate kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, plus a breakfast table by the window. Two bedrooms with king beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans, one with a small desk; the main bedroom has a renovated en-suite with walk-in shower. Second bathroom with shower. Small balcony with pool and sea view.
A quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vau, between Alvor and Praia da Rocha. Praia do Vau, a sandy cove with beach bars, is a short walk away, and Prainha and Três Irmãos beaches are close by. In Alvor, 5 minutes by car, our favourites are Buganvilia, Al Dente, Ruccula and O Arco da Velha; Pingo Doce supermarket and Farmácia Alvor are there too. Don't miss the Alvor boardwalks and a boat trip to the Benagil caves.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
• Please close the building entrance door gently – it is very loud for the neighbours.
The whole apartment is yours. Guests share the complex's large pool and gardens. Your private parking space is in the underground garage (space 10 – 2A); the garage remote is on your keyring. Extra cars can park for free on the street. On checkout day, please remove your car from the garage before leaving the keys. Lift to the 2nd floor.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.
