2 Bathrooms Ocean Rentals, your local Algarve holiday rental team, welcomes you to this renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Carvoeiro, a 2-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi and access to a shared pool with children's pool a short walk away. Sleeps up to 6: double room, twin room and sofa bed.
108 m² on the 1st floor. Bright open-plan living and dining area with sofa bed, armchairs, TV and dining table for six. Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, opening onto a balcony with a bistro table for breakfast al fresco; a second balcony off the living room looks over the lively main street. Double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, and two modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Fans provided (no air conditioning).
Right in the centre of Carvoeiro, right next to the restaurant Avolá Carvoeiro, with Praia do Carvoeiro 2 minutes away on foot. Our favourites: ETXEA, O Cantinho, Primavera Trattoria, Haweli Indian, Black Salt, Alegria and Monte do Mar for dinner; Skybar 360, Boneca Bar and The Lighthouse Grill & Bar for drinks. Intermarché Lagoa-Carvoeiro for groceries. Walk the Carvoeiro boardwalk, visit Praia de Vale Centianes and take a boat trip to the Benagil cave.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole apartment is yours. The shared pool and children's pool (open 9:00–21:00) are in a separate gated area: exit the building, take the first right to the end of the no-exit road and the pool gate is on the left; open it with the tag on your keyring and keep it closed. No private parking: there is free and paid street parking nearby.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.
