Your private patio with built-in barbecue opens straight onto the garden and shared pool. King bed, sofa bed, work desk, air conditioning, full kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi and free parking. Mareta beach and the town centre are a 15-minute walk; the supermarket is right behind the building.
50 m² on the ground floor plus a 15 m² private patio with built-in barbecue and outdoor dining table. Bedroom with king bed, air conditioning and a desk with chair for remote work. Living room with sofa bed and TV, dining table for four, and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron and beach essentials provided. Travel cot and high chair on request.
A quiet residential street just off the main road into Sagres. Intermarché supermarket is right behind the building and Farmácia Sagres is in town. Mareta beach and the centre are about 15 minutes on foot. Our favourites: A Sagres, A Tasca and Three Little Birds for dinner, Chiringuito Last Chance for sunset drinks. Don't miss Cabo de São Vicente lighthouse, Sagres Fortress, Baleeira fishing harbour and Beliche beach.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole apartment is yours, with its own patio. Guests share the complex's pool (open all year, daytime), garden and children's playground. Free parking anywhere in the building's car park, no assigned spaces. Ground floor, no stairs.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.

The shared pool is open all year round during the daytime. Ground floor with direct access to the garden, ideal for families. The sofa bed is in the living room.
