1 Bathroom Ocean Rentals, your local Algarve holiday rental team, welcomes you to this bright, newly renovated studio on the 1st floor (with lift) of a quiet complex in Sagres, with a balcony overlooking the shared pool and garden. Air conditioning, full kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and free parking. Mareta beach and the town centre are a 15-minute walk; the supermarket is right behind the building. Ideal for couples, with a sofa bed for two more guests.
One open-plan room of 43 m² plus a 3.5 m² balcony: a double bed, a lounge corner with sofa bed and TV, a dining table for four by the balcony door, and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron and basic toiletries are provided. Travel cot and high chair available on request.
A quiet residential street just off the main road into Sagres. Intermarché supermarket is right behind the building and Farmácia Sagres is in town. Mareta beach and the centre are about 15 minutes on foot. Our favourites: A Sagres, A Tasca and Three Little Birds for dinner, Chiringuito Last Chance for sunset drinks. Don't miss Cabo de São Vicente lighthouse, Sagres Fortress, Baleeira fishing harbour and Beliche beach.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole studio is yours. Guests share the complex's pool (open all year, daytime) and garden. Free parking anywhere in the building's car park, no assigned spaces. Lift to the 1st floor.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.

The shared pool is open all year round during the daytime. Studio layout: the sofa bed is in the same room as the double bed, so it's best for couples or a small family.
