Enjoy the balcony with built-in barbecue overlooking the shared pool, garden and playground. Air conditioning, full kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi and free parking. Mareta beach and the town centre are a 15-minute walk; the supermarket is right behind the building. Great for families: double bed plus sofa bed.
42 m² plus a 1.5 m² balcony with built-in barbecue. Bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and room-darkening shades. Open-plan living room with corner sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, dining table for four by the balcony, and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer, beach essentials and toiletries provided. Travel cot on request.
A quiet residential street just off the main road into Sagres. Intermarché supermarket is right behind the building and Farmácia Sagres is in town. Mareta beach and the centre are about 15 minutes on foot. Our favourites: A Sagres, A Tasca and Three Little Birds for dinner, Chiringuito Last Chance for sunset drinks. Don't miss Cabo de São Vicente lighthouse, Sagres Fortress, Baleeira fishing harbour and Beliche beach.
☀ Guest registration: Portuguese law requires us to register every guest with the immigration authority (AIMA). Please complete the short online form we send after booking; we only ask for what the law requires.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• The building is shared: please keep voices low in hallways and on the balcony or terrace.
• Early check-in / late check-out: 40€, subject to availability. Please ask in advance.
The whole apartment is yours. Guests share the complex's pool (open all year, daytime), garden and children's playground. Free parking anywhere in the building's car park, no assigned spaces. Lift to the 2nd floor.
Self check-in from 16:00 with a lockbox; the code is sent on the day of arrival. The Ocean Rentals team is local and replies quickly in the app. If anything isn't right, message us and we'll sort it out the same day.

The shared pool is open all year round during the daytime. There is a video doorbell at the apartment's front door (it faces the outside corridor only).
